Additional Call Features

Override Feature

You can Override a busy signal and interrupt another call. Note: This feature is
called Busy Override on the Meridian SL-100.
To override a busy/engaged signal:

Privacy Release Feature

Privacy Release allows one or more people who share your DN to join your call.
To use Privacy Release while on an
established call:

Dial
a telephone number and receive
a busy signal.
2. Press the
Override
Override FFC (Meridian 1) or the Busy
Override FAC (Meridian SL-100).
The people on the call in progress
receive a tone for approximately one
second; the feature connects the three
of you together. A short tone repeats
every sixteen seconds.
Press the
Goodbye
Press the
Privacy Release
you are on a call. Other persons can
now join the call, if they press the
shared Line (MADN) Key on their
telephone.
