Step1: Assemble console mast to the base frame. 1).Place the product in the area it will be used Note: the treadmill must be placed on a level surface. 2).Remove the treadmill from the packing 3).Rotate the left and right uprights towards the front of the treadmill.

To do this follow the instructions here: Fold Up After the workout session, you can fold the treadmill to the upright position. Lift up the rear end of the treadmill until the upper folding latch clicks.

    5.65iS TREADMILL STRETCHING ROUTINE Warm up and cool down: A successful exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool-down. Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.

    Smooth Fitness will provide a replacement part free of charge if a defect is found during the Warranty period. Smooth Fitness may at its discretion, choose to provide any of following parts or repair options.
