    www.smoothfitness.com ASSEMBLY – PLEASE READ ALL STEPS BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR WORK. STEP 1: Assemble the Upright NOTE: Make sure all wires are recessed into the frame. DO NOT trap or pinch. DO NOT tighten bolts until STEP2. When attaching the Right upright (310) first attach the 8 pin data cable to the wire in the upright.

  • Page 17 www.smoothfitness.com ASSEMBLY STEP 3: Attach the Console to Left and Right Uprights (1) Connect Upper Console Wire (from console) and Lower Console Wire (from Right Upright) as shown below (222 to 144). Connect the adaptor wire (244 to 154). (2) Place the console housing over the Left and Right Uprights and secure using the 2 x M8x100mm Allen Head Bolt (312) with 2 x M8 Flat Washer (304) Insert the bolt through the upper hole.

Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.
