Checking whether or not the DVD Video Camera has been correctly
recognized by your computer
You can check whether these installations are completed successfully. Use the following procedure.

Process for getting to Device Manager as
follows.

Windows XP : Start - Control Panel - System -
Hardware - Device Manager
®
Windows 2000 : Start - Settings - Control Panel
- System - Hardware - Device Manager
®
Windows Me : Start - Settings - Control Panel -
System - Device Manager

Click "Device Manager", verify the following
items are listed on the screen.
When using disc:

"MATSHITA DVD-CAMERA M5795 USB Device"
under the "DVD/CD-ROM drives" *

* : When using Windows
CAMERA M5795" is listed under the "CDROM".

"USB Mass Storage Device" under the "Universal
Serial Bus controllers"
When using card:

"USB Mass Storage Device" under the "Universal
Serial Bus controllers"
