HOW TO OPERATE IN SEPARATE CONNECTION MODE

You should begin with the power switched off.
1. TURN THE OPERATION MODE SWITCH TO 'SEPARATE'
Make sure the power is switched off.
If the power is on, the warning circuit will be
activated, the mode illumination light and mode
indicator will flash, and there will be no sound.
TURN THE POWER ON

Check to see that the word SEPARATE on the mode
indicator has lit up.
Note that it will not light up if the illumination button
is switched off.

ADJUST THE VOLUME ON THE CONTROL AMPLIFIER
You should refer to the Directions for Use which came
with the control amplifier.
USE THE ATTENUATOR DIAL TO ADJUST THE HIGH-

FREQUENCY CHANNEL VOLUME (0 to -15.0 dB)
If you are not using the attenuator circuit, you should
press the ATT THROUGH button for at least two
seconds. The ATT THROUGH button will light up, and
the sound will emerge after a delay of five seconds.
SWITCH THE ATT HOLD BUTTON ON

The ATT HOLD indicator will light up, and the adjusted
attenuation will be held.
If you wish to switch from ATT HOLD to ATT THROUGH,
you should first switch the ATT HOLD button off, then
press the ATT THROUGH button for at least two
seconds.
