    Installing the batteries 1) Remove the cover on the back of the remote control. 2) Insert the batteries with the (+) and (-) ends pointing in the correct direction. 3) Install the cover on the remote. CAUTION: Use only AAA batteries. Remove the batteries if the remote control will not be used for one month or longer.

    Setting the Temperature To set the temperature in cooling mode, use the Minus and Plus buttons on the remote. The temperature range is 61° to 86° Fahrenheit. Adjust the temperature until you reach your desired setting. Turbo Mode In this mode, the air conditioner is set to run at the lowest temperature 61°F and high fan speed.
