If Control test not OK Repeat control test is displayed,
the result obtained is not within the concentration
range displayed. Check the points listed on the next
page. If your answer is different from the answer given,
make the respective corrections and repeat the test. If
you have taken all of these points into account and
Control test not OK is still displayed, contact the K
Accu-Chek Enquiry Line on 1800 251 816.
If Control test not OK Repeat control test is
displayed, it is no longer certain that the meter
and test cassette are functioning properly. Blood
glucose tests may then deliver incorrect results.
Incorrect results can cause the wrong therapeu-
tic decision to be taken and thus result in serious
adverse health effects.
