Turn the knob to select from the following functions:
NO FUNCTION SET
TOP AND BOTTOM HEAT
BOTTOM HEAT
ROTISSERIE WITH BROIL
To light the flame, press and turn the knob counter-clockwise to the large flame
symbol. Adjust the flame by turning the knob to the area between the maximum
and minimum marks. To shut off, turn the knob to "zero".
