Server will return the up-to-date configuration file.

Upload File (firmware)

file=<file name>[&return=<return page>]\r\n

<multipart encoded form data>
Server will accept the upload file named <file name> to be stored on the flash as "flash.bin" and
return with <return page> if indicated.
