Scan to Folder

You can scan documents on the machine and save the scanned data to a folder on the machine.
Tip
To use this feature, the folder must already exist. See Chapter 4, Computer operations for
instructions for creating a Folder.
Note
If a password is set for the specified folder, you must enter the password and select Confirm. If
you have forgotten the password, the System Administrator can reconfigure the folder
password in System Administration mode.
1. On the All Services screen, select Scan to Folder.
2. If the previous settings are still displayed, press the Clear All button on the control panel.
3. Specify the folder where the scan is to be saved.
