S Remove lock nut and flat washer found on the right side of
housing. Figure 14.
S Remove bolt and metal bearing, from inside of housing.
Figure 15.
S Gently pull impeller out from the right side. Figure 15.
S Insert new impeller so as to engage with the driven pulley.

S Insert bolt with metal bearing, from the inside of the housing.

S Fasten with lock nut and flat washer.
S Rotate impeller a few turns by hand, to ensure proper
operation.
CAUTION: Failure of impeller to spin freely may result in
serious motor damage. Ensure proper operation prior to
starting the snow shovel.
S Re–attach upper housing to lower housing using the eleven
(11) screws. Fasten Securely.
Replacing Scraper Bar
To replace a damaged or worn scraper bar, proceed as follows:
S Remove the three(3) lock nuts securing the scraper bar.

S Remove the old scraper bar.
S Install new scraper bar the same way the old blade came off.

S Secure scraper bar into position by fastening it with the
three(3) lock nuts. Fasten securely.
S Rotate impeller a few turns by hand, to ensure proper
operation.
