q Power operation button (X)
This turns the power of MAIN ZONE on/off (standby) (vpage 46).
w Power indicator
This is lit as follows according to the power status:
• Power on : Green
• Normal standby : Off
• When "HDMI Pass Through" (vpage 142) or "HDMI Control"
(vpage 142) is set to "On" : Red
• When "IP Control" (vpage 165) is set to "Always On" : Red
e Headphones jack (PHONES)
Used to connect headphones.
When the headphones are plugged into this jack, audio will no longer be
output from the connected speakers or from the PRE OUT connectors.
NOTE
• To prevent hearing loss, do not raise the volume level excessively when using
headphones.

AUX-HDMI connector

Used to connect devices such as video camcorders and game consoles
(vpage 37).
t USB port
Used to connect USB storages (such as USB memory devices) and the
USB cable supplied with iPod (vpage 38).
y SETUP MIC jack
Used to connect the supplied Setup and measurement microphone
(vpage 153).
u MASTER VOLUME knob
This adjusts the volume level (vpage 47).
i Display
This displays various pieces of information (vpage 13).
o Remote control sensor
This receives signals from the remote control unit (vpage 7).
Q0 SOURCE SELECT knob
This selects the input source (vpage 46).
Q1 Tuner preset channel buttons (TUNER PRESET CH +, –)
These select preset FM radio stations (vpage 60).
