Machine messages
To access the answering machine remotely
You can access your answering machine remotely
by dialing your phone number from any touch-tone
phone.
Through remote access, you can play and delete
messages or turn off or on the answering machine.
Remote access requires a remote security ID
number. The default ID number is 123. For
instructions on personalizing the security ID
number, see
1. Dial your phone number.
2. After the message or memo plays , press
and then enter your security ID number.
If you enter the ID incorrectly, you can try again three
times.
3. Follow the prompts.
4. When you finish listening to messages, press 2.
5. Hang up the telephone.
