Adjustment:
1.
Major adjustment should be made using
the lower adjusting nut ( ) at the front
wheel.
Minor adjustment can be made with the
upper adjusting nut ( ) on the brake
lever.
Pull back the rubber dust cover ( ).
Loosen the lock nut ( ).

Adjust brake lever freeplay with the front
brake adjusting nut. Turning the nut

clockwise will decrease freeplay and
turning the nut counterclockwise will
increase freeplay.

Make sure the cut-out on the adjusting
nut is seated on the brake arm pin ( )

after making final freeplay adjustment.

Tighten the lock nut and install the
rubber dust cover.
