NEC CSD has made it easy for you to get information and
help when you need it. We offer the following 24-hour
information services:

NEC CSD Web and FTP Sites

NEC CSD FaxFlash

NEC CSD Bulletin Board Service

Email to NEC CSD Technical Support Services through
a commercial online service or the Internet

Fax Service to NEC CSD Technical Support Services
T
NEC CSD Technical Support Services (U.S. and
Canadian customers only).
If you have access to a modem and/or fax machine
(telephone for Technical Support), you can use these
services to obtain information about your system at any
time, day or night, seven days a week.
Not only do these services provide general information
about your system, they can also be used to answer your
questions and help solve any problems you may have with
your system, should that ever be necessary.
