Always check that the tip of the needle is not broken
before starting sewing.
Clean the length feed plate (1) if foreign materials
such as shavings start getting onto the material.
1. Loosen the screw (2), and then remove the length
feed plate (1).
2. Clean the underside of the length feed plate (1)
and the needle plate (3).
