The Frame mode cannot be set

Check that the PC card containing the frame data has been
properly inserted in the printer's card slot.

Unable to print parts of a photograph

Check the Trimming setting.
When Trimming is set, the photograph is trimmed to fit in the
print area. For details, see "Changing the Internal Settings" on
page 3-22.

Unable to print the selected photo

Print the index and check the correct photo number.

When Print Quality Declines

Check if the print head is clogged

Print a nozzle check pattern. See "Checking the Print Head
Nozzles" on page 5-7. Check that pattern prints satisfactorily.
If any segment of the printed lines is missing or if nothing is
printed out, clean the print head.
See "Cleaning the Print Head" on page 5-9.

Check if the printer prints satisfactorily

Check if colors do not appear in printouts or if white lines appear.
This happens when the print head is clogged.
See "Cleaning the Print Head" on page 5-9.
