CHAPTER 2 Setup of the RCI for Operation

• To confirm the specified RCI address:

Execute the setrci (8) command to display the RCI status.
XSCF> setrci -c stat

The command completed successfully.
Confirm that the "address" value is correct.
To correct the RCI address, start again from RCI initialization.

Making an RCI replacement setting

The new RCI host must be connected to the RCI network.
The RCI address of the new RCI host is synchronized with those of existing RCI hosts
so that the new cabinet can use RCI functions.
An RCI replacement setting can be made on the new RCI host.
