Printing from Your Computer: Macintosh
This procedure uses Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) as an example.
The procedures and menus may differ depending on the actual Mac
OS you use.

Open the file you want to print.

From the [File] menu, select [Print].

Select your machine's printer driver.

Select [UserAuth] from the panel menu under the [Printer] and
[Presets] menus.

Click the [Use User Auth] check box on the [UserAuth] panel.

Enter the user name in [User Name] and the password in
[Password].

Click [Print].
