1. Thick AP and Thin – ensure on the Group
interval is accurate.
2. Thin AP – ensure that the controllers are configured to gather RF information from the thin APs
frequently.
For Cisco LWAPP navigate to Groups
Navigate the tree control to Wireless section
For each PHY navigate to RRM
Review Monitoring levels. These should be configure to maximum 300 and recommend
180 for better accuracy.
