(Angle: up to approx.15°)
C Point the infrared port on the transmitting camera
directly at the infrared port on the receiving camera
(➝p.12). Transmission distance is about 5 to 20 cm (2
to 7.9 in.) within approx. 15°.
D Press MENU/OK to begin transmission.
When transmission is completed,
[TRANSMISSION COMPLETED] will appear
on the LCD monitor.
CAUTION
• Make sure the receiving camera is turned on when
transmitting image data.
• If the image is 3:2 ratio, white lines may appear at the
top and bottom or right and left of the print, depending
on the printer type.

• Movie images cannot be transmitted.
• Images photographed with a camera other than FinePix
Z100fd may not be printed or transmitted.
CHECK
• Refer to the manual provided with the receiving device
for more information.
• When exchanging images with another Z100fd, images
are saved automatically in the same folder as the
transmitting camera.
Receiving the image data
Receiving the image data from a FUJIFILM digital camera is
shown as an example here. You can receive data from
another device in the same way.
