• If the camera will not be used for an extend

can be increased
by repeatedly
discharging
the batteries
using the discharge
option
in the
camera
setup
menu
and
re
charging
them using
a battery
charger

The camera
draws
a small amount
of current
even
when

Ni MH batteries
that
have
been left in the camera
for an extended

riod
may be drawn
down
to the point
that
they no longer hold a charge

discharge
option
in the camera

menu

Batteries
that

hold
a charge

after repeat
edly
being
discharged

recharged

reached
the end of their
service life and must
be replaced
