When Intelligent FaceDetection (_ 32) and red-eye removal (_ 75)are
on, red-eye removal is available in auto (_,o; REDEYEREDUCTION), f lash
on (<_; FORCED FLASH), a nd slow sync (_; REDEYE& SLOW)modes.
Red-eyeremoval minimizes "red-eye"caused when light from the flash is
reflected from the subject's retinas asshown in the illustration at right.
