About fixed dialling
If you turn on fixed dialling, you can only make calls to contacts that appear in your fixed dialling list.
You can make an emergency call when fixed dialling is turned on, even if the emergency number does not appear in your fixed dialling
list.
If your wireless service plan includes SMS text messaging, you can also send SMS text messages to contacts that appear in your fixed
dialling list.
