1) ) ) ) Power Line Frequency
If the monitoring site adopts lighting elimination, user should set a corresponding frequency. If
the two frequencies are different, the image will flicker. There are two universal frequencies,
one is 50HZ, and the other is 60HZ. In China, it adopts 50HZ.
2) ) ) ) First Stream
Use H.264 code, support VGA (640*480), QVGA (320*240), QQVGA (160*120), higher
resolution, high quality picture, but bit rate will be higher and will take more bandwidth.
User can specify streaming, normally, high bit rate, higher image quality. But the frame rate
need to set according to the bandwidth, when the bandwidth is narrow, if set to high frame
rate, the result will be worse.
User can set Maximum frame rate, when the bandwidth is limited, it is suggested to set to
lower frame rate. Normally, above 15fps the stream is smoothly.
