Intended Use
The troubleshooting scenarios in this book are intended to guide and help maintenance and support
engineers who are fault finding on the IP Office. The scenarios in this manual have been developed from
the knowledge and experience gained by Avaya supporting Business Partners with problems on IP
Office. The most common customer issues have been documented in this manual.
