What to do if...

"Power-OFF C5" is displayed

Cause
This message is displayed whilst the
power supply is blocked by the power
supply utility.

"External program" is displayed

Cause
The operating program set at the heat
pump control unit was changed over by
the Vitocom 100 communication inter-
face.

Remedy
No measures required.
The heat pump restarts automatically in
accordance with the selected operating
program as soon as the power supply util-
ity restores the power supply.
Remedy
You can change the heating program.
Follow the instructions in the menu.
