Sport Bar
• Align the tips of the screws with the holes in the other
sport bar cover marked RON. Fit the two sport bar
covers together.
• Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.

Hole
• With the sport bar positioned to angle towards the rear of
the vehicle, fit the ends of the sport bar into the holes in
the vehicle body on either side of the seat.
• Press firmly on each side of the sport bar to fit it into the
vehicle body.

Tether
• Face the back end of the vehicle.
• With the gas cap tether downward, insert and "snap" the
gas cap assembly into the square opening in the back
end of the vehicle.

Taillight Lens
• Using safety scissors, separate the taillight lenses and
taillight housings from the plastic connectors. Throw the
plastic connectors away.
• Fit a taillight lens in a taillight housing.
