5-3-2. Performing needle thread trimmer origin adjustment

① Display the needle thread trimmer origin
adjustment screen.
When NEEDLE THREAD TRIMMER ORIGIN
ADJUSTMENT button
the needle thread trimmer origin adjustment
screen is displayed.
② Perform the needle thread trimmer origin
adjustment.
When OPERATION button
the needle thread trimmer is actuated to the
positions below and the pictograph showing the
position is displayed in gray.
C : Thread holding position (Initial value : 0
pulse)
D : Release position (Initial position : -86 pulses)
E : Waiting position (Initial position : 10 pulses)
F : Thread trimming position (Initial position : 40
pulses)
Data of the respective positions can be changed
with - or + button
When ORIGIN RETRIEVAL button
any position.
When CANCEL button
of the machine head and the screen returns to the check program.
* For the details of adjustment, refer to the
Engineer's Manual for LBH-1790.
$ (A) is pressed,
(B) is pressed,
(G ･ H).
(I) is pressed, origin retrieval can be performed from
