A. Vent Guidelines
WARNING
Fire Risk.
Asphyxiation Risk.
This appliance requires the specifi ed pipe for
operation.
• Incorrect pipe may cause spillage, condensation
and overheating.
These models require the following size B-vent double
wall, or single wall rigid or fl ex vent pipe.
Models
SL-550TV-D, SL-550TV-IPI-D
SL-750TV-D, SL-750TV-IPI-D
SL-950TV-D, SL-950TV-IPI-D
• B-vent pipe MUST be used when the vent system is
within combustible construction.
• Single wall rigid or fl exible vent may be used ONLY
if the vent system is installed within non-combustible
construction such as a masonry chimney.
• Follow pipe manufacturer's installation guidelines when
installing the appliance.

Do NOT connect this gas appliance to a
chimney fl ue serving a separate solid-fuel or
gas burning appliance.
• Vent this appliance directly outside.
• Use separate vent system for this appliance.
May impair safe operation of this appliance or
other appliances connected to the fl ue.
B. Vent System Confi guration

ALL vent confi guration specifi cations MUST be followed.
• This product is tested and listed to appliance and vent
manufacturer's specifi cations.
• Appliance performance will suffer if specifi cations are not
followed.
