m Stopping the Exercise
To end the exercise and proceed to Results Mode, press the START/STOP key.
This The computer will also proceed to the Results Mode when the TiME has
counted down to 00:00.
m Quick Start
To use the Quick Start Mode simply press the "START/STOP" key. The TiME
(top display line) will count up from 00:00. When you are done with
your exercise, press the "START/STOP" key again. The computer will now
enter the Results Mode. The advantage of Quick Start, isthat you can begin ex-
ercising with the touch of one key. Calorie, Calorie per Hour, and Mets calcula-
tions are based on the weight entered in the initial Computer Set Up.
m Results Mode
The Results Mode will display "workout summary" informationat the end of your
exercise.
Top Display Line:
TIME
DISTANCE
ODOMETER: Your Total Exercise Miles (or KM). To reset this value to O,
remove and replace the batteries.
Middle Display Line:
LEVEL: y our average LEVEL
AV6 WATTS
AV6 METS
AV6 MPH (or KPHin Metric Mode): your average speed.
Bottom Display Line:
AV6 HEARTRATE
CALORIES:Your total Calories expended
AV6 CALORIESper HOUR
AV6 PEDALRPM
This informationcan be selectively viewed by using the SCAN keys. The Results
Mode information will be displayed for approximately one minute.
