11.Firmly tightenthefourM8x 31mmButton Screws
(80)intheSeatCarriage (11).Note:Therearetwo
Button Screws in eachside.
PulltheseatknobandslidetheSeatCarriage (11)
to thedesired position. Release theseatknoband
slide the SeatCarriage backandforth slightly
until
it locks into position,
Make sure to regularly
tighten
the four M8 x 31ram Button Screws (80}.
12. identify the Right Pedal (37), which is marked with
an "R." Using an adjustable wrench, firmly tighten
the Right Pedal clockwise into the Right Crank Arm
(65). Tighten the Left Pedal (not shown) counter=
clockwise into the Left Crank Arm (not shown).
After using the exercise
cycle for one week,
retighten the Pedals.
Attach the Right Pedal Strap (38) to the Right Pedal
(37), and press the end of the Right Pedal Strap
onto the tab on the Right Pedal. Attach the Left
Pedal Strap (not shown) in the same way

tightened
