display. The incline range is 1.5%
to 10%. Note: After the INCLINE buttons are .-
-pressed, it may take a few seconds for the treadmill
:to reach the selected incline settina.

the TRAINING ZONE monitor.
CALORIES disPlay
This display shows •
both the total calories
and the number of fat

calories that yotJ have
burned. (See BURN-
ING FAT on page 22

seconds, the display will change from one number
t0 the other. The FAT indicator beside the display

per hour (mph) or kilometers per hour (kph). The
indicators beside the SPEED displaywill light to
show which unit of measurement is selected. To
change the unit of measurement, first hold down
the STOP button while inserting the key into the
console. An_'E_(for English'_-ystem[miles]) or =M"
(for Metric system [kilometers])will ap'p'ebrinthe
SPEED display. Press the SPEED increase button
to change the unit of measuremenL Remove and
then reinsert the kev.
