Sound
1.
There is no sound even when the volume is
turned up.
2.
The sound does not match the screen
picture.

The A/V Receiver is the selected audio
source but there is no sound.

Solution
Chock audio source in Device Menu.
Check to see if the MUTE button is on.
The TV's "Listen to:" setting may be set to SAR
Chock that the "TV Speakers" setting is On inthe Audio/Video menu.
NetCommand@is set up incorrectly.
The TV's "Listen to:" setting may be set to SAR
If using stereo or A/V receiver speakers, check their input selection.
If using stereo or A/V receiver,check that AUDIO OUTPUT on TV's back
panel is connected to the A/V receiver.
Check to see if the A/V Receiverpower is turned on. After the power is
turned on, redisplay the Device Selection menu and press ENTERto allow
NetCommand to correctly select the A/V Receiverinput.
Verify the connections and NetCommand setup for the A/V receiver and the
desired source device, if any.
Fromthe NetCommand menu,select Review. Check the Reviewscreen to
see if the A/V Receiverinputs and device listed correspond to the physical
connections on theA/V Receiver. Iftheydo not match, either change the
physical connections or change the NetCommand setup. To change the
NetCommand setup, makethe audio source the TV speakers and select a
source otherthan the one you want to change. Next select the Change option
on the Edit NetCommand menu to change the A/V receiverinput for the
device on the Connection screen.

Lamp indicator light is a constant red.
Turn the TV off for at least 2 minutes.
Turn back on. if light is
still red, the lamp has failed.
Replace it. See Appendix

Lamp indicator light is a constant yellow.
Lamp may fail soon. Purchase a new lamp.

Lamp indicator light is a flashing yellow.
Lamp cover door is open or lamp cartridge is not secure.

Status indicator light is a constant yellow.
Room temperature
has exceeded proper
levels. Cool the room.

Status indicator light is a constant/flashing
red.
Service is required.
