used to control
an A/V system.

about connecting
VCRs and other equipment.
If your
receiver
does not have video inputs
aad outputs,
turn to page 40.
equipment
you will need
• one set of RCA pin-type
audio
cables,
one RCA pin-type
video cables
(to complete
step O below), and
• either
one S-video cable OR one
RCA pin-type
video cable to
complete
step O.
procedure

Connect
one end of a video cable tc the TV VIDEO INPUT
terminal
of the home theater
receiver.
Connect
the other end of
this cable to the TUNER
VIDEG OUTPUT
terminal
on the
back of the Projection
TV.

Do ONE (not both) of the followiag:
• Connect
a video cable to the VIDEO MONITOR
OUT
terminal
on the back of the receiver.
Connect
its other end to
the INPUT-1
VIDEO INPUT
terminal
on the Projection
TV.
• Connect
an S-video cable to the S-VIDEO
OUT terminal
on
the VCR. Connect
the other end of this cable to the
INPUT-1
S-VIDEO
INPUT
terminal
on the :Projection TV.
Connect
audio cables to the TV AUDIO INPUT
terminal
of the
home theater
receiver.
Use the red. cable to com_ect the right
(R) channel
and the white cable to connect the ].eft (L) channel.

Connect
the other ends of these
cables to the left and right
TUNER
AUDIO OUTPUT
