Press _TUN./CH _ / v repeatedly to search for
a channel within all channels.
All channel search mode
• You can search for a channel quickly by pressing and
/',. / V.

• You can skip channels to the previous or next category
by pressing _CATEGORY q / 1.

Press _CATEGORY q / > to select the
channel category.
When you select the category, the first channel in the
category is selected.

If you don't operate within 10 seconds, the category
search mode returns to "ALL (All Channel Search)."
While "CAT" is displayed on the front panel
display, press _TUN./CH/_ / _ repeatedly
to search for a channel within the selected
channel category.
You can search for a channel quickly by pressing and
holding
_TUN.tCH _ / v.
NOTE
This unit skips the following channels in all channel
search mode or category search mode. This is not a
malfunction.
• channels that are locked (_,'_.p.63)
• channels that are not currently in service
• channels that you do not subscribe to
Press the [_Numeric keys to enter the desired
three-digit channel number.
For example, to enter the number 123, press "1," "2" and
then "3" of the _Numeric keys.
• When entering a one-digit or two-digit channel
number, enter the number using the _Numerie
kegs and then press _ENT to confirm your entry.
• This unit automatically accepts your entry if you do
not press _ENT within a few seconds alter entering
the number.
• If the selected channel is locked. "PIN:_" appears
on the fiont panel display. Enter the 4-digit Parental
Lock code number by using the _Numerie keys or
press _ENT to cancel (_).
• If the selected channel is not available, an advisory
message may appear. For details, refer to "SIRIUS
Satellite Radio "rM''(_,'_p. 110).
• If this unit is in preset search mode. a preset number is
selected instead of a channel number when you press
the _Numerie keys. To switch to direct number
/N ] N/.

Up to 40 SIRIUS Satellite Radio channels can be
registered as preset channels.
Search for a channel to be registered.
For details on searching channels, refer to the
following pages.
• All channel search mode (_)

Use one of the following methods to
register the channel currently received.
• Registering to a preset number for which
no channel has been registered
Press and hold _MJEMO_Y for at least 2 second.
The channel will be automatically registered to the
lowest available preset number (or the next number after
the last to which a channel was registered).
