PRINTING LISTS

You can print lists showing settings stored in the machine and communication activity.
Important points when printing lists
A list cannot be printed when one of the following messages appears in the display:
(1) " Clear paper path."
(2) " Open tray and add
(3) " Close the front cover."
(4) " Add toner. Can not copy or print."
(5) "Remove paper from the upper tray. [OK]:RETURN"
(6) " Maintenance required. Call for service. [OK]:RETURN"

Lists can be printed while transmission or confidential reception is in progress.

The print quality of the lists is slightly lower than the examples shown below.

time and the other party.

Information on your most recent 50 transactions is shown, including both transmissions and receptions.
When the number of recorded transactions exceeds 50, the report automatically prints out.

The recorded information can be printed more than once (it is not erased after printing).

The Activity Report can be automatically printed at selected times. Up to two times per day can
be selected with the key operator program. (See page 146)
