You can insert a file into files already stored in the Document Server.
Follow the procedure below to insert a file.

You cannot recover the original file from the new file.

You cannot insert files into a file that is currently being used by another func-
tion.

If a password has been set for the document, enter it, and then press

Select the document you want to insert into.

Enter the page number to insert the file using the number keys.

Follow the procedure below to delete pages from a file stored on the Document
Server.
To check the page numbers, print the file. See p.44 "Printing Stored Docu-
ments".
