Cleaning Radiator
Over time, the engine radiator and air
conditioning condenser can become
blocked by insects, leaves and other
objects. This debris can block the flow
of air to these components and affect
the performance of the cooling system
and the air conditioner, causing abnor-
mal air conditioner operation and en-
gine overheating. To provide the most
efficient cooling system and air condi-
tioner operation, periodic cleaning
should be performed on the radiator
and condenser. It is recommended to
clean the radiator and condenser cool-
ing fins once every year. The radiator
may be cleaned with compressed air
or water. The condenser may be
cleaned with compressed air or water
from the rear to the front through the
radiator.
