Deleting Jobs

On each of the document monitor tabs, you can cancel or delete your print or network fax jobs before or after they are
pushed from the queue.

Deleting jobs

The following steps provide an example on Windows Vista.
The steps are the same on other Windows OS.
Click the tab containing the job you want to delete and select the job.

You can only select the jobs that you sent from your computer.
2 From the [Document] menu, select [Cancel].
The "Your document has been cancelled" message is displayed. Click [Close].
The selected job is deleted.
You can also deleting the job following procedures:
- Select the job from the [Document] menu that you want to delete.
- Right click and click [Cancel] in the menu displayed.
