Features and Functions

Document Monitor consists of the status monitor and a job manager component that allow you to monitor your device and
manage your print and network fax jobs from your computer desktop.
The status monitor allows you to check on your display the device-summary information and printer information, such
as cassettes and counters. The feature also provides you with event notification (alerts); if a certain event, such as a
paper out condition, interrupts printing, Document Monitor will let you know it with an alert icon and a message.

The job management feature provides the access to the print queues (Print queue, Private Print queue, Proof Print
queue, Scheduled Print queue, Fax queue, e-Filing queue, and Invalid queue) and helps you follow the progress of
each job until it is printed on your device. You can also delete or release your jobs in these queues.
