The resource has stopped and cannot be used.

An error whose cause is unknown has occurred and the resource
cannot be used.
Fault
fatal
A fault has occurred in the resource and the resource cannot be used.
*1: When a VM guest is in "unknown" status, check the operation status of the VM host on which the VM guest is running.
*2: When a network device is in "unknown" status, check the physical connection between the network device and admin LAN as well
as the operation status of the network device.
