Canceling Printing

When canceling printing, try canceling it on the Macintosh first. If you cannot cancel
printing on the Macintosh, cancel it on the machine.
Note
The procedure may slightly vary according to the version of the Macintosh you are
using.
This section describes the procedure using Mac OS X 10.5.

Canceling Printing on the Macintosh

Select "System Preferences"

Click the icon of the printer that is printing.
The printer information is displayed.

Click [Open Print Queue].
The print queue screen is displayed.

Select the document you want to cancel printing for, and click "Delete".
 "Print & Fax" from the menu.
