and cut slits in it just like tile grid.

broiler
pan. The juices

hot enough
to catch on fire. If wm
do not cut the slits, you are essentially
flTing, not broiling.
Donot usealuminum foil on thebottomof
theoven.
Never
entirely
cover
a rack with
