Characters have jagged or uneven edges

If you are using downloaded fonts, verify that the fonts are supported by the printer, the host computer, and the software
program.

From the printer control panel Quality menu, perform Color Adjust.

EINSTALL THE TONER CARTRIDGE
Remove and reinstall the toner cartridge.

Turn the printer off.

Load letter- or A4-size paper in the tray.

Touch Color Alignment > Color Alignment.
The color alignment pages print.

On the printed alignment pages, find the straightest of the 20 lines beside the letter A.
