Optimizing System Resources for User-Selected Features
This example shows how to configure a switch with the routing template and verify the configuration:
Switch(config)# sdm prefer routing
Switch(config)# end
Switch# copy running-config startup-config
Switch# reload
Proceed with reload? [confirm]
Switch# show sdm prefer
The current template is routing template.
The selected template optimizes the resources in
the switch to support this level of features for
16 routed interfaces and 1K VLANs.
