Press the OK key. The screen returns to the Job Box
screen.
In the Sys. Menu/Count. menu, press the
select [Document Box].
Press the OK key. The Document Box menu appears.
Press the or key to select [Job Box].
Press the OK key. The Job Box screen appears.
Press the or key to select [JobRet. Deletion].
Press the OK key. The Job Retention Deletion screen
appears.
Press the or key to select the period that jobs are
retained.
Press the OK key. The screen returns to the Job Box
screen.
