Break Settings
Default: TM with Break Checked
The setting of these options determine whether a timing mark (TM)
and/or carriage return (CR) is sent with a Telnet break packet. A
timing mark is sent by default.
Force Negotiation
Default: DO
These settings determine whether the Telnet Binary or EOR options
are supported.

Will not force any negotiations. It will leave it up
to the host to decide what to do.
