Table 2 describes the manufacturing options for the Desktop Board D845PEBT2. Not every
manufacturing option is available in all marketing channels. Please contact your Intel
representative to determine which manufacturing options are available to you.

The Desktop Board D845PEBT2 includes one of the following for AC '97
processing:
• 6-channel audio subsystem using the Analog Devices AD1980 codec
• 2-channel audio subsystem using the Analog Devices AD1981B codec
Communication and Networking Riser (CNR) connector.
NOTE: LAN and USB CNR cards are not supported.
• Agere Systems FW323 controller
• Three IEEE 1394a-2000 ports
The Desktop Board D845PEBT2 includes one of the following:
• SATA subsystem consisting of:
— Silicon Image SiI 3112A controller supporting individual drives, and RAID 0
and RAID 1 configurations
— Two SATA connectors supporting a total of two drives
• IDE RAID subsystem consisting of:
— Promise
Technology PDC20267 ATA/100 controller supporting RAID 0,
RAID 1, and RAID 0+1 configurations
— Two IDE connectors supporting a total of four drives (Boards with IDE RAID
have four IDE connectors. Two are connected to the IDE RAID controller)
