If the Wake On LAN Feature Does Not Work

Problem
You have installed a LAN board that
supports the Wake On LAN feature and the
feature does not work.
4 Troubleshooting Your PC
If the Wake On LAN Feature Does Not Work
Solution
• Check that the Wake On LAN cable is correctly
connected to the system board and to the LAN
board. Refer to page 21 (if you have a desktop
model) or page 48 (if you have a minitower model)
for more information.
• Refer to the LAN board documentation for
instructions about installing and using the LAN
board.
• Check that the Wake On LAN field is set to enabled
in the Setup program's Advanced - Power
Management Setup menu. (You need to restart
the PC and press the F2 key when F2 Setup
appears).
